DITO Business joins GSMA Open Gateway to strengthen digital security, innovation in the PH

DITO Telecommunity Corp., through its enterprise division DITO Business, has become a member of the GSMA Open Gateway to combat fraud and foster a secure digital environment.

The move aims to enhance digital innovation in the Philippines by ensuring a seamless and secure online experience.

Chief Revenue Officer for Enterprise Adel Tamano stressed the importance of collaboration among networks, businesses, service providers, developers, and system integrators in driving innovation within a secure setting.

The GSMA Open Gateway provided standardized network application programming interfaces (APIs) that grant developers access to operator networks, expediting service deployment and promoting digital advancement.

GSMA Head of Pacific Julian Gorman noted that the said collaboration benefits businesses, developers, and consumers alike, as it addresses digital fraud through open network APIs.
