Tulfo brothers lead senatorial survey

MANILA, Philippines - The most recent poll conducted by Pulse Asia between January 18 and 25, 2025 shows ACT-CIS Rep. Erwin Tulfo leading the race as the May 2025 senatorial elections approach.

Tulfo maintains a commanding lead over the other 66 senate candidates with a noteworthy voter preference of 62.8%.

Senator Christopher Go is in second place with 50.4%, and former Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III is not far behind at 50.2%.

Erwin's brother, Ben Tulfo, comes in fourth with 46.2%, followed by reelectionists Senators Pia Cayetano (46.1%) and Ramon Revilla Jr. (46%).

A tight contest for the remaining seats is evident from the presence of other noteworthy candidates in the 4th to 12th place bracket, such as Senator Imee Marcos (43.4%) and former Senator Panfilo Lacson (42.4%).

Media personality Willie Revillame, Senator Ronald dela Rosa, Makati City Mayor Abby Binay, boxing champion Manny Pacquiao, Representative Camille Villar, and Senator Lito Lapid complete the list of probable victors.

The study conducted by Pulse Asia, which involved in-person interviews with 2,400 representative persons who were 18 years of age or older, offers a perceptive look at the political climate as the election season intensifies.
