Tesla launches first all-in-one hub in PH, boosts the EV movement
MANILA, Philippines - In an enormous leap for the Philippines' electric vehicle (EV) industry, Tesla has officially opened its first Tesla Center in the country, where the facility houses Tesla Philippines' headquarters, an experience center, a delivery hub, and an after-sales service center—all of which are intended to give EV enthusiasts a smooth, one-stop shopping experience.
With the opening of the Tesla Experience Center late last year, Filipinos were able to get a close-up look at Tesla's state-of-the-art automobiles. The country's first Supercharging Station followed, launching at Uptown Mall on November 8, 2024.
Tesla Philippines has started delivering the Model 3 after finishing after-sales services, bringing sustainable mobility closer to Filipino drivers. The facilities, which are operated directly by Tesla USA, reflect the company's commitment to the local market.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. attended the launch, praising Tesla’s investment and its trust in the Philippines’ infrastructure and innovation-driven policies. “Tesla’s decision to invest in the Philippines is a recognition of our nation’s potential, underpinned by forward-thinking policies and a collective determination to innovate,” President Marcos said on Monday.
Tesla's arrival in the Philippines is a bold move toward a more sustainable future, setting the framework for an EV revolution.
