SoKor firm invests 103M pesos to expand IoT manufacturing in Clark Freeport

A South Korean firm specializing in wireless technology for the Internet of Things (IoT), has invested ₱103 million to expand its manufacturing operations within Clark Freeport.

DeviceDesign Philippines Corp. (DPC), inaugurated a new factory on March 13, 2025, on Manunggal Street, as part of its growth strategy wherein the said expansion is expected to create over 500 jobs in the next five years, according to the Clark Development Corporation (CDC).

Additionally, the CDC reaffirmed its commitment to supporting registered locators by streamlining business processes, assisting with workforce needs, and enhancing marketing efforts.

A CDC official stated that the agency is focused on not only providing regulatory and promotional services but also fostering business interdependence among Clark-based enterprises to drive revenue growth.
