Robinsons Land expands EV charging network to boost sustainability, savings
MANILA, Philippines - Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) announced plans to install 2,000 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across the country within five years, supporting the shift to sustainable transportation.
RLC launched its first EV charging hub on Feb. 28 which includes solar-powered car and motorcycle chargers from EV dealer Wuling Philippines, and offers both standard chargers (220V/32A at 7 kW) that fully charge vehicles in six to seven hours and fast-charging units (400V, 114-228A at up to 200 kW) capable of charging in just 30 minutes.
Through the initiative called GoCharge, RLC GoBio President and CEO Mybelle V. Aragon reaffirmed the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, in line with Wuling’s vision for a greener future.
Senior Vice President Jericho P. Go highlighted also how EV adoption can help families save on fuel costs, allowing them to spend more on essentials like food, education, and healthcare.
RLC is also open to collaborating with other EV brands to expand its GoCharge network and offer more accessible charging solutions across the country.
